The following Public Works/Planning applications may be obtained by clicking on the appropriate link. Many of our forms and applications require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.

1. Beach and Dune Application (A fee of $180.00 is required with application.)

2. Board of Adjustment & Appeals Application (A fee of $100.00 is required with application.)

3. Building Permit Application (A fee of $7.00 per $1,000 of valuation, with a minimum of $25.00, is required with application.)

4. Sub-Division Plat Application (A fee of $40.00 or $100.00 is required with application depending on number of lots to be plated.)

5. Development Plan Review Board (DPRB) Application

6. Temporary Health Permit Application

7. Food Establishment Health Application

8. Beach Service Application (A fee of $100 is required with application.)
